Improvising with G mixolydian scale

• Practice playing scale as quarter notes
• Practice playing scale as two swung eighth notes per pitch (G-G, A-A, B-B, etc.)
• Teacher improvises for one measure as the “call” and then all students improvise for one measure as the “response”
